Many thanks to the many Anne Arundel "grassroots" supporters for their gift to the Mikey Medium School of English in SW Nepal. Students from Nantucket, Davidsonville, Central Middle School and South River High School have made donations of time, talent and money. We will take these gifts to the school in February. The photo above shows the generous contribution from the students and staff at South River High School as part of their Global Literacy Project designed to support our students.

We wish to also acknowledge the generous gift from the Annapolis Bike Racing Team for a contribution of $1000 annually. This will have a tremendous impact on the welfare of more than 42 students and their families, all because one of their friends rode into their village in 2005.

Many thanks to all the groups and individuals who have made selfless contributions. "It takes so little to change the life of a child."
